About the lecturer: Mr. Wang, Ph.D., was born in March 1984. He is a senior engineer at Tsien Hsueshen Space Technology Laboratory, China Academy of Space Technology; and Assistant Director of Department of space technology and Applications. His research fields are single-frequency ring laser and its precise detecting technology. Dr. Wang got his bachelor’s degree from Optical Information Science and Technology Department, YSU; and his doctoral degree from Physics Electronics Department, Beijing Institute of Technology. He has hosted projects supported by Natural Science Foundation of China and Beijing Natural Science Foundation, 863 programs for the army, projects supported by National Defense Pre-Research Fund, and independent innovation projects supported by enterprises. He has published more than 20 academic papers, and he was the first author of 6 indexed by SCI. He delivered speeches at CLEO-PR, SPIE-Europe and other internationally famous conferences on Optics.
About the lecturer: The lecture is mainly divided into three parts. Dr. Wang will briefly introduce China Academy of Space Technology and Tsien Hsueshen Space Technology Laboratory in the first part, domestic and foreign research on single-frequency ring laser and LISAR in the second part; and he will share his experiences at school and at work in the last part.
