Lecturer introduction: Guan Yunsheng, Master ofIndustrial Economics, is a Senior Consultant of Hejun Consulting. He has been aspecial lecturer at the President Class of Tsinghua University, PekingUniversity and Renmin University. He once served as an executive in a centralstate-owned enterprise for five years and in a private company for four years.He runs consulting company for ten years. He is hired as special consultants andentrepreneurial tutors by many companies including Beijing Pioneer Park.
With a long-term focus on business models andmarketing innovation, he has published many business review articles in thenational newspapers and periodicals such as the Economic Observer, theEnterprise Watch (under the Supervision of SASAC), and the Global BusinessClassics (Head of the National School of Administration). He has certain theoreticalknowledge in economics and management and rich practical experience in businessmodel innovation, excelling in corporate excavation and transaction structuredesign, product and model integration design, strategy, business model andmarketing integration solution design.
