Chen expressed his hope to deepen cooperation in the universities’ respective areas of strength on the basis of the agreement, and provide broader exchange opportunities for faculty and students from both sides. He also extended a sincere invitation to Rector Andrei to visit YSU. Rector Andrei accepted the invitation gladly and expressed high expectations for future collaboration, noting that the two universities are highly complementary in many fields and hold great potential for partnership. According to the agreement, the two universities will exchange outstanding students for both short- and long-term programs, jointly cultivating high-level talent with a global perspective. In addition, they will carry out joint research projects in areas of common interest, share scientific resources, and promote the transformation and application of research outcomes.
The cooperation between YSU and BSU marks another significant milestone in advancing our internationalization strategy. Through in-depth collaboration with BSU, we will further enhance exchanges and cooperation with universities in countries along the BRI, injecting vitality into YSU’s “Double First-Class” development. At the same time, this partnership will actively contribute to promoting educational and cultural exchanges between China and other countries.
