[News from the News Center] In accordance with the spirit of “Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind”, on the morning of November 8, the first lecture of the “The Promotion of Law Education Month” was held at the academic hall. Hu Chunhai, Director of the Center for the Development of Higher Education, attended the lecture. Some teachers and students of our university attended the lecture.

The lecture was hosted by the Human Resources Department and the Higher Education Development Research Center, and Sun Pei-shuang, Deputy Director of Hebei Shengqin Law Firm gave a lecture on some common legal issues in five aspects: private lending, motor vehicle traffic accidents, marriage inheritance, drunk driving, and evidence collection. He provided basic legal knowledge for teachers and students in their study and life, and provided legal tool to protect their rights and interests.
This lecture marks the official start of the series activity of “The Law Publicity and Education Month” in 2019. Every year, before and after “12•4” our National Constitution Day, a series of law publicity related activities are held for the law education, which is helpful for our teacher and students to understand the laws, abide by the law and raise the awareness of laws.
