Lecturer Introduction
Liu Jun received his BA, MA, and PhD degrees from Zhejiang University, Tsinghua University, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is an Executive Director of the Force Research Center. His research areas are organizational behavior and human resource management, and he teaches courses in organizational behavior, human resource management, and management research methods. He has published more than 40 papers in top management academic journals at home and abroad, covering topics such as organizational leadership, abuse management, workplace exclusion, and conflict management. His citation rate ranks among the top domestic scholars in the field of OBHR. He has presided over 5 National Natural Science Foundation projects, and won some awards.
Lecture Content
Starting from the topic selection and research design of the project, based on his own experience in applying for five national projects, he introduced in detail the focus, key points, and difficulties of national project applications. Specifically, it includes: how to achieve the best topic selection; explain the design ideas and methods of topic selection; share research and design experience.
