About the lecturer: Born in May 1960, Mr. Zhang is Ph. D; a professor, doctoral dissertation supervisor, and the Head of Department of Business Administration, School of Economics and Management, Hebei University of Technology; a senior visiting scholar of University of Manchester; and a provincial outstanding university teacher in Hebei.Engaged in the research of strategic management and management innovation, he has published some monographs, such asApproaching Extreme Management, and Management Innovation Method Based on TRIZ. He is the editor-in-chief of Modern Enterprise Management, Enterprise Strategy Management and other textbooks. He has long been a consultant and trainer for many enterprises in terms of marketing, management innovation,strategic management, and for many governments in terms of regional industry development.
The lecture includes: the concept and main content of TRIZ, the application of TRIZ in non-engineering fields; problems of TRIZ in management; the general progress of management science.
