About the Lecturer:
Jiangying Liu, Vice President of the Seentao Education Research Institute, Seentao Technology Co., Ltd., Senior Researcher, obtained his Bachelor's degree from Beijing University in 1986 and his Master’s degree from Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1989. After graduation, he worked in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. As the General Manager of a start-up company, he independently developed nearly ten products and made profit for eight years consecutively. What’s more, he served as the President Assistant and Director of AsiaInfo, Executive General Manager of Ronghai Consulting Company and General Manager of the enterprise management department of Yongyou Group.
He also served as Executive Director of the Fifth Council of China Standardization Association. He led the revision of the National Audit Office National Standard “Accounting Software Data Interface - Enterprise Part”, and won the 2009 Advanced Individual Award issued by the National Audit Office. He was a member of the expert group to revise the National Standard “ISO 9001 Standard Application Guide in Software Services” and expert group to draft the National Standard “Project Management Quality Guide”. As a review expert, he participated in the planning and implementation of national standard formulation and revision of various modern service businesses related to the Ministry of Science and Technology and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. He was a member of the IT service standard group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and participated in various IT services of the national standard revision expert group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
In addition, he is the author ofHuman Resources Management Informationization Practice (Seentao College textbook),EnterpriseStaff Self-motivation and Management (China Measuring Press), typical industrialization and informationization integration cases of the Ministry of Industry and Information TechnologyXing Gang Informationization Decade (Enterprise Management Publishing House).
He completed a series of research subjects at Seentao Education Research Institute such as “Ten Qualified Professional Qualities of Innovative Entrepreneurs”, “Research on the Implementation Strategy of University Innovation Entrepreneurship Education Strategy”, “Research on Innovation Entrepreneurship General Education Teaching Content”, “Research on Management Decision-making and Professional Accomplishment of Start - up Enterprises”.
