About the Lecturer:Qi, born in 1971, graduated from YSU with a Master of Business Administration. He is a Senior Accountant, National Accounting Leader (Reserve) Talent, MPAcc Supervisor at YSU, Director of YSU Financing Department. In recent years, Qi has hosted and participated in a number of provincial-level projects, the results of which were approved by provincial leaders and for which he won the third prize of Hebei Social Science Fund for excellent achievement, and the second prize from Accounting Society of Hebei.
Major research directions: government accounting, internal control, financial management of higher education institutions, and financial informationization.
