Lecture introduction: Prof. Tian, Deputy Dean of the School of Music, the Capital Normal University, is a doctoral supervisor,Head of dance professional, anda member of the National Arts Professional Degrees Advisory Committee. She was selected as one of the “200 Most Influential Professors in China's Colleges and Universities” released in 2017 by GSDATA and Academic China. Concurrently, she is a member of the China Dancers Association, Deputy Director of the Advisory Committee of Chinese Primary and Secondary Schools Dance Education, Director of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, and tenure Professor of Korean Sangmyung University. Her artistic creation and academic influence has spread over more than 50 countries and regions. For example, she was the General Director of Singapore's "National Day Grand Arts Performance" in 1994 and 1995. She has a systematic academic system in the field of dance education, creation, and artistic management, published 10 works and over 20 index journal articles, and presided over 12 provincial and ministerial projects research project in these areas. She has created more than 30 original dances like “Butterfly Verses” insomuch as won more than 20 domestic and international prizes such as "Lotus Award" and "Tao Li Cup". She has been serving as domestic and international competitions judges for "CCTV TV Dance Competition", "I'm going to Spring Festival Evening", and "UNESCO International Youth Group Dance", and "Seoul International Dance Competition" among others.
