Lecturer introduction:Guan Yunsheng, Master of Industrial Economics, is aSenior Consultant of Hejun Consulting. He has been a special lecturer at thePresident Class of Tsinghua University, Peking University and RenminUniversity. He once served as an executive in a central state-owned enterprisefor five years and in a private company for four years. He runs consultingcompany for ten years. He is hired as special consultants and entrepreneurialtutors by many companies including Beijing Pioneer Park. With a long-term focuson business models and marketing innovation, he has published many businessreview articles in the national newspapers and periodicals such as the EconomicObserver, the Enterprise Watch (under the Supervision of SASAC), and the GlobalBusiness Classics (Head of the National School of Administration). He hascertain theoretical knowledge in economics and management and rich practicalexperience in business model innovation, excelling in corporate excavation andtransaction structure design, product and model integration design, strategy,business model and marketing integration solution design.
