Speaker Introduction:
Dr. Xie Zhongqi is a professor of YSU, School of Law and Law. He is a researcher of Hebei Public Policy Evaluation Center, mainly engaging in ecological culture research. He has presided over 1 NSSF project and 3 provincial-level projects. He has published more than 50 papers and three books. In 2017, he won the first prize of the Outstanding Achievements of the Social Science Fund of Hebei Province and the first prize of the Excellent Social Science Achievements of Qinhuangdao City.
