Speaker Introduction
Song Tao, PhD in instrument science and technology, YSU, is a senior engineer at YSU. He is a postdoctoral fellow at the Shenyang Academy of Instrumentation Science. He is also a Director of the Optical Division of Qinhuangdao Institute of Audio-visual Machinery, Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Virtual Simulation and Perceptual Interaction Sensors of the Automotive Industry, Associate head of the Digital Optical Imaging and Audio Sensing Technology Laboratory, and one of the founders of the Qinhuangdao Virtual Reality University Enterprise Alliance. His main research interests involve: computer vision and new display applications. He has completed some research projects in virtual simulation and sensory interaction and other technical research, such as “Virtual space localization method based on stereo vision of fisheye lens” and “Optimization and simulation of optical motion capture algorithm in large spatial positioning”.
