The lecture will focus on the patent information service including how to realize the authorization and confirmation process for patents, providing applicants with patent search and new search, patent technology mining, patent application writing, responding to the reviewers’ comments, and requesting the reconsideration of patent.
Speaker Introduction
Dr. Shan Wei, Director of Library Science and Technology Research and Reference Department, is an Associate Researcher, receiving his qualification as a patent agent in 2018. He has been a academic visitor at the University of Rhode Island in the United States. He has published over 20 papers with quality journals at home and abroad. He has been awarded asEminent Individualsfor five consecutive years in university libraries in North China.
