Lecture Content

The production of legal documents is a basic and important judicial skill. The standardization of public prosecution legal documents can ensure the smooth operation of the new mechanism for handling the lawsuit, and further strengthen the standardization of law enforcement and enhance the ability of public prosecutors to handle cases.

On the basis of a large amount of relevant materials, Prosecutor Wang Chunyu intends to start from the significance of the standardized production of legal documents, based on the highest-level inspection of the 2011 “Code for the Production of Examination Reports” and the “Code of Practice for the Preparation of Indictments”, combined with specific laws. The lectures involved the production of legal documents such as examination reports, indictments, and public opinions of prosecution cases. In the process of making legal documents, the lecture will illustrate some problems in the prosecution documents and related suggestions will be given to improve the efficiency of case handling and document preparation.
