Han Bo, a member of the Communist Party of China, is now a doctoral candidateof the School of Mechanical Engineering. Han has been awarded the National EncouragementScholarship three times and the National Scholarship for doctoral candidateonce since he was admitted to the Department of Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation in 2010. He has actively participated in scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship projects, including those of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, key projects of the Hebei Natural Science Foundation, and some school-enterprise cooperation projects. He has publisheda total of 24 academic papers have been, of which 20 are included in SCI/EI, and has applied fora total of 32 national invention patents (authorized), and a total of 24 utility model patents have been authorized. In recent years, Han Bo has assisted in cutting-edge technological breakthroughs and serve national strategic projectswith scientific research achievements. He, as main researcher, was involved such projects as a cooperative project withChina Academy of Space Technology- Xi’an Institute of Space Radio Technologythat contributed to the first BDS-3 GEO satellite (GEO-1), and acooperative project withthe 14thinstitute of the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation -- wide-field radar for fighters.In 2017, the parallel robot flexible force sensing and control technology innovation team withHan Bo as the principal member was selected asthe only award-winning team in Hebei Province of the “Xiaoping Science and Technology Innovation Team” by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.
Guan Bo, a probationarymember of the Communist Party of China, is now aMaster degree candidate from YSU School of Mechanical Engineering. Guan Bo has been awarded five provincial or higher commendations since he was admitted to YSU in 2013, majoring in Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation.He has applied for 12 national invention patents, 2 core papers, hosted 5 provincial and school-level projects, and participated in 4 major national projects. Besides, he has won 11awards in provincial and ministerial or higher scientific research competition includingthe silver prize in the fourth and fifth national “Internet +” National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, setting the best record in Hebei Province,the first prize in Hebei provincial competition of the Challenge Cup National College Students Extracurricular Academic and Scientific Works Competition, the third prize in Hebei provincial competition ofthe 7th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. In addition, he participated in the writing of a white paper on the big data analysis report of the “Internet +” project in Hebei Province.
The China Telecom Scholarship was jointlyorganizedby the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Youth League, China Telecommunications Corporation,and All-China Students’Unionin 2014. The scholarship is open to juniorcollege students, undergraduates, master degree candidates, and doctoral candidates of full-time non-adult education across the country. Each year, 50studentsare awarded the E-Surfing Prize and 1700 students F-Young Prize of China Telecom Scholarship, aiming at in-depth practice of socialist core values among young students, and promoting outstanding young student models.
