[News from the News Center] On September 8, the outstanding achievements of China’s “Internet +” College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition were officially unveiled at the 20th China International Investment and Trade Fair in Xiamen (hereinafter referred to as “CICSIEC”). The results exhibition included a total of 90 national award-winning projects from all over the country. Among them, 45 projects were exhibited physically, of which 14 projects were selected for visitors’ experience. YSU’s Vision VR project was one of 14 physical projects. After attending the first Digital China Construction Summit, it was once again invited to attend the excellent project docking tour exhibition.
During the exhibition from September 8 to 11, Vision VR displayed the “High-level Virtual Equipment Overall Solution” for the visitors. Based on the independent research and development of SYVR graphics engine, the VR technology and human-computer interaction technology are deeply integrated. A large-scale physical simulation was used to realize synchronous presentation in complex environments, develop immersive training system, and achieve zero risk of operation, low cost, bringing visitors into a completely virtual world, letting them experience VR technology in industry. The project fully demonstrates the characteristics of YSU’s discipline and the strengths of our innovative and entrepreneurial team, which is highly praised by the sponsors and investors from all walks of life.

CICSIEC is the only international investment promotion activity in China to promote two-way investment, and the world’s largest international investment promotion event certified by the International Exhibition Industry Association (UFI), attracting more than 110 countries and regions. More than 800 business groups, about 5,000 companies and more than 120,000 business groups gathered in Xiamen to participate in the exhibition. The exhibition promoted the education in universities and promoted the interaction and integration of students and society.
