[News from the News Center] On the morning of November 25, the opening ceremony of the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Brain and Cognitive Science Research Institute” (hereinafter the Institute) jointly established by the School of Electrical Engineering of YSU and the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao City, was held at the 18th floor of Century Building, Yanshan University. Liu Hongmin issued a letter of appointment of five deputy directors to Liu Lanxiang, Hua Changchun, Cui Dehua, Li Xiaoli, Tong Xiaoguang and Yu Yan. Wang Liping, Kong Xiangdong and Wei Kun, respectively, expressed their congratulations to the Institute on behalf of Qinhuangdao Science and Technology Association, Yanshan University and the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao. They hoped that the establishment of the Institute would be an opportunity to continue to deepen the scientific research cooperation of the institutions. Yu Yan, Director of the Medical Research Center of China Rehabilitation Research Center, spoke on behalf of experts.
