[News from the News Center] Recently, the results of the 2019 American College Students Mathematical Contest in Modeling (MCM/ICM) have been officially announced.The 24 teams selected by YSU won 3 Meritorious Winner (International First Prize) awards, 5 Honorable Mention (International 2nd Prize), these are the best prizes YSU had ever gained since participating in this event.
The competitionattracted 25370teams and more than 75378 college students from1523internationally renowneduniversitiesincluding Harvard University, Princeton University, theUniversity of Virginia,Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Fudan University. Under the overall arrangement of our university, YSU students had fully demonstrated the level of college’s talent cultivation in innovation.
