[News from the News Center] Recently, the National Cheerleading Championships in 2019 were held at the Gymnasium of Hainan University. The competition was hosted by the National Sports General Administration Gymnastics Management Center and the Student Sports Association of the Ministry of Education, and organized by the National Cheerleading Committee. The competitions had attracted more than 1,000 athletes from all over the country. Our university’s cheerleading team achieved good results and won the championship and the second prize. Our university’s cheerleading team was led by Zhao Meng, the Deputy Dean of the School of Physical Education, and coached by teacher Li Xiaohui and He Ranran.
