In recent years, YSU has thoroughly implemented the CDIO teaching model and the OBE teaching concept, actively explored the new teaching methods in engineering majors, continued teaching reform, and promoted the “3+1” training mode and deepen school-enterprise cooperation. The actual needs of the industry are taken into account when designing the curriculum, and a new teaching mode of “practice-training-internship” was created.
The China Mobile Communications Association Education and Testing Center has awarded 5G+ engineering talent training bases to 7 universities. The “5G+ Talent Training Project” will solve the problem of employment—the challenges for graduates hunting for a job and for companies recruiting a suitable employee. The project aims to provide targeted training for graduates in order to meet the needs of the employers. The training methods include offline training, online training, practical training, corporate internships, teacher guidance, level-testing among others. Through the construction of “5G+ Talent Training Project” system, we will build a team of high-quality talents that adapt to the development of 5G+ industry to promote sustainable and rapid development of the industry.
