Discipline Development and Research Achievements

In the doctoral program, the SVE has the national key discipline in Vehicle Engineering, and a second-level discipline in Vehicle Engineering. The school also has one first-level master’s degree in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics, six second-level master’s programs in Vehicle Engineering, Vehicle Application Engineering, Oil-Gas Field Development Engineering, Oil-Gas Well Engineering, Thermal Energy Engineering, Power Machinery and Engineering, and two Masters of Engineering degrees in Vehicle Engineering and Oil-Gas Engineering.

TheSVE has a provincial-level Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, a Special Carrier Equipment Research Center in Hebei Province, two provincial Innovation Centers, three provincial-level specialties, two university-level quality courses, five national-level college student innovative projects each year, and one “Model Teacher of Hebei Province”.
