[News Center] On June 26, Cooperation and Development Conference between YSU and Changli County was held in Maotai Phoenix Winery, Changli County. With the theme of “Innovation Leading, Integrated Development”, this conference brought together nearly 100 alumni entrepreneurs from all over the world and professors and experts from YSU. Guests in attendance included Zhao Dingxuan, President of YSU, Ren Jiadong, Vice President of YSU and Di Sha, a Class 2001 alumna majored in business administration and also the mayor of Changli County.

At the conference, Di Sha warmly welcomed leaders, guests and alumni on behalf of Changli County Committee of CPC and People’s Government. She systematically introduced the county conditions, industrial parks, investment projects and business environment of Changli County. Di Sha said that Changli has become a preferred place for various relocation of industries, capital transfer and regional distribution. Changli integrates the investment promotion with project construction, promotes the investment promotion with project construction, and serves project construction with investment promotion results. She hopes to make full use of the superior resources of YSU alumni and rely on the advantages of Changli Industrial Park to attract teachers, students, alumni and alumni enterprises to Changli for innovation, job hunting and housing, and investment and starting up businesses. Zhao Dingxuan delivered a speech at the Development Conference. On behalf of YSU, he expressed warm congratulations on the successful opening of the conference. He said that he hopes this conference could fully exploit human resources, realize “intelligence” sharing, and contribute more wisdom to the economic and social development of Changli County. He said that YSU and Changli County will jointly set up YSU Alumni Industrial Park, and alumni enterprises settled in the industrial park can enjoy all-round services of YSU and the exclusive preferential policies of the County. The three parties will constantly explore new modes of cooperation to achieve mutual benefits and common development among the alumni enterprises, YSU and Changli County.
Song Xiaofei, Deputy Director of the Office of Admission and Employment, introduced the admission and employment of YSU to alumni from two aspects, such as the personnel training and transferring. Zheng Haiwu, Deputy Director of the Center of Technology Transfer, introduced the scientific research transformation policies and projects. Shen Pengchao, Deputy Party Secretary of the School of Continuing Education, introduced the adult higher education, on-the-job training and the construction of the School of Health Care Industry Technology Research with the theme of “Deeply Cultivating and Serving Local Community”.

Steel Recycling Industry Forum was hosted by Peng Yan, Dean of School of Mechanical Engineering. Changli Circular Industry Economic Park, Hebei Anfeng Steel Co., Ltd., Changli Xingguo Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., Autbry Qinhuangdao Technology Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao Yansheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Jinxi (Qinhuangdao) Technology Co., Ltd. introduced themselves on the forum, and participants had in-depth communications.
Parallel Forum on Red Wine Brewing Industry
Red Wine Brewing Industry Forum was hosted by Gao Dawei, Dean of School of Environmental and Chemical Engineering. Changli Jieshishan Comprehensive Development Center, Langes Winery (Qinhuangdao) Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao Chateau Kings International Winery Co., Ltd. and Changli Wine Industry Co., Ltd. of Kweichow Moutai Group introduced themselves on the forum. Other enterprises, experts and alumni interested in red wine brewing also introduced themselves and explicated their history.
Parallel Forum on Health, Culture and Tourism Industries
Health, Culture and Tourism Industries Forum was hosted by Qi Weixin, Dean of School of Continuing Education. Changli Airport Industrial Park Management Committee, Zhongguancun Life Park Changli Technology Development Co., Ltd., Hebei Yuhua International Travel Service, Qinhuangdao Houdao Culture Communication Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao Fangtang Camp Education Technology Co., Ltd. and Qinhuangdao Longbai E-Commerce Co., Ltd. introduced themselves on the forum, and alumni in the industries gathered to exchange experiences and introduce projects. The forum was a great success, in which everyone expressed their opinions and gained a lot.
