On June 16, the “Research Report on the Overseas Library Collection Influence of Chinese Books for the Year 2023” was officially released at the 29th Beijing International Book Fair. Yanshan University Press has once again been selected as one of the “Top 100 Publishers with Overseas Library Collection Influence in China,” ranking 93rd. This represents an improvement of four places compared to the previous year's ranking in 2022. Yanshan University Press is among the 84 university presses that made it to the list this time.

“The Research Report on the Overseas Library Collection Influence of Chinese Books” is jointly launched by China Publishing & Media Journal and the Center for Evaluating the Effects of China's Cultural Outreach at the School of International Journalism and Communication of Beijing Foreign Studies University. As of 2023, this report has been released for 12 consecutive years.
