About the reporter:
Born in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province in Oct. 1976, Mr. Fu got his Ph.D. from Beijing University in 2005, studied and later worked as a researcher in the Graduate School of Laws and Politics in the University of Tokyo from 2004 to 2006. Now, he is aprofessor and doctoral supervisor in Renmin University of China.
Mr. Fu also serves as council member of China Academy of Penal Law and of China Society of Criminology, editor incharge ofthe Jurist, deputy procurator of People’s Procuratorate of Tongzhou District, Beijing (honorary). Mr. Fu also published over 10 books, and over 80 articles in academic journals likeChinese Journal of LawandChina Legal Science. He was nominated Beijing Top 10 Outstanding Youth Jurists in 2016.
