The report will focus on the differences between the qualitative research and the quantitative research paradigm, the general process of problem research, research design, data analysis, theoretical construction, etc. Particularly, elaborating on qualitative research, including research methods, sample selection, theoretical sampling, data collection and research ethics. And research evaluation, etc.
Speaker Introduction:
Guo Huibin, is a professor of Hebei University of Economics and Business. He is a PhD of management, a academic master's supervisor, MBA supervisor. He was selected as one of the top 100 outstanding innovation talents in Hebei Province (CPRC043). He was a visiting scholar at National University of Missouri to Columbia University (2012.3-2013.3), at the Department of Business Administration of the Central University of Taiwan (2015.11-2016.1). His research interests: human resource management, service management, and entrepreneurial strategy management. He is National Natural Science Foundation Management Science Department project peer review expert; National Social Science Fund Management Project peer review expert. He is also some key journals’ reviewer.
