In the world's criminal law reform movement, human rights protection has become one of the critical themes of criminal law reform. As an important part of the world, China hastaken concretestepstoprotect human rights in criminal law reform in recent years.
The famous lawyer Zhu Mingyong, starting from the details of the little-known case relating to the case of Zhang family, will carry out in-depth analysis of the case and explore how to accurately grasp the principles and concepts of the crime in the criminal defense process. The lecture will discuss the concepts of the conflicts between homosexual revenge and the legal concept of modern crimes, and the social impact of private support.
Speaker Introduction
Zhu Mingyong, a famous lawyer, graduating from Northwest University of Political Science and Law with M.A. degree in Law, is the Director of Beijing Jingmen Law Firm. He is currently the co-director of the Criminal Defense Research Center of the China University of Political Science and Law, the Deputy Dean of the Criminal Defense Advanced Research Institute of the Northwest University of Political Science and Law among other social positions.
