【News from News Center】On the morning of Apr. 14th, Prof.Sato Toshiyuki,Vice President of Hiroshima University, and Prof. Junyang Li, Executive Vice President of United Graduate School, visited YSU and signed ancillary agreement of "Senhu 3+1 Project of Higher Education Institute" with YSU. YSU President Hongmin Liu and Vice President Fucheng Zhang, as well as leaders of International Cooperation Division, Graduate School, Office of Academic Affairs, Human Resources and School of Foreign Studies, welcomed the guests and had a conference with them.

At the conference,YSU Vice PresidentFucheng Zhang,on behalf of YSU, welcomed the guests, introduced the internalization of YSU, and expressed his wishes to carry out in-depth cooperation with Hiroshima University in terms of faculty communication, joint-education andscientific research. Prof. Sato Toshiyuki, Vice President ofHiroshima University,expressed his hope to sign "3+1" agreement with YSU.On the basis of the agreement, Hiroshima University admits an exchange student and a student of science and engineering for successive graduate and doctoral study for free.The two sides also conducted a further consultation on joint education of graduate students majoring in Japanese.

YSU Vice President Hongmin Liu, on behalf of YSU, signed "Ancillary Agreement of Senhu 3+1 Project of Higher Education Institute". Based on the articles about academic and educational exchanges in the agreement, YSU juniors and seniors are permitted to participate in“Senhu 3+1 Project”implemented by Hiroshima University, and detailed provisions were made.

YSU appointed Prof. Sato Toshiyuki and Prof. Junyang Li Distinguished Visiting Professors, and President Liu issued letters of appointment for them. On the afternoon of April14th, Prof. Sato Toshiyuki and Prof. Junyang Li, at the School of Foreign studies, gave an academic lecture about Chinese reading, Japanese learning and theNational Translation Professional Qualifications for teachers and students majoring in Japanese.
