YSU Think Tank Attended Seminar for Improving Education Think Tank Services

[News from News Center] Directed by National Center for Schooling Development Program, sponsored by China Education Think Tanks (CAETT), and assisted byChinese Education Think Tanks Alliance, the Seminar for Improving Education Think Tank Services was held in Beijing on May 19^th. Delegates from 100 Think Tanks attended the seminar. Binglin Zhong, Director of the consultative committee of Chinese Education Think Tanks Alliance and President of China Education Association; Feng Chen, Director of National Center for Schooling Development Program; and other leaders and experts attended this seminar and made key-note speeches. YSU Think Tank---Evaluation and Research Center forHebei Public Policies attended the seminar. Prof. Bangfan Liu, Chief Expert of YSU Think Tank delivered a key-note speech entitled Improve Think Tank Capacity of Regional Services.

Themed by the practice of“Think Tanks+” modeand mutual exchanges, this seminar discussed how to improve think tank services in government decision-making, teaching and education, and regional and industrial development; to establish new-mode cooperation among education think tanks; to promote opening research mode; to establish big data education platform; and to involve social resources in the construction of think tanks.

This seminar not only enriched the content of “Think Tanks+” mode, but also demonstratedthe practice of it. Chinese Education Think Tanks Alliance, as a pilot research center, will make full use of resources sharing with National Center for Schooling Development Program and CAETT, to promote think tank services and educational innovation.
