Xuesong Lü, Director of Heibei Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science; Baogang Cao, Vice President of Hebei Province Federation of Social Science Circles; Shuchuan Liu, senior researcher of Science and Technology Office of Hebei Education Department；Weidong Meng, YSU Party Secretary; Xiangdong Kong, YSU Vice President; and Sheng Huang, YSU Vice President attended the seminar.

Hosted by YSU, the seminar was undertaken by Hebei Public Policy Evaluation and Research Center, YSU Social Science Office, and YSU Higher Education Development and Research Center; co-organized by Hebei Sinology Association, School of Humanities and Law of YSU, and supported by YSU Periodical Press. 50 experts and scholars from Hebei Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science, Hebei Education Department, Hebei Academy of Social Science, key colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, government agencies, and enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region gave suggestions on the development of Think Tank and the construction of Xiongan New Area.

Xuesong Lü, Director of Heibei Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science spoke highly of the seminar. She addressed in her speech that the development of philosophy and social science is witnessing its new spring, and that the construction of Think Tank is stepping into its golden stage. Hebei Public Policy Evaluation and Research Center is determined to strengthen its responsibility of giving Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Government constructive suggestions for accelerating the transformation of green development.

After the launching ceremony, Chunhai Hu, Director of YSU Higher Education Development and Research Center hosted the keynote speech session. Xuejun Liu, Editorial Director ofInternal Journal of Economic ReformsbyNDRC and Chief Editor of Chinareform.net; Jitang Yang, Party secretary of the School of Management of Beijing Union University and Director of Capital Center for Studies in Politics & Law; Weigang Li, professor of School of Law of University of International Business and Economics, doctoral supervisor, Assistant Director of Research Office of Beijing Higher People's Court, Director of Education Policy and Law Research Center of China Education Think Tank Alliance; Shaoqing Tang, Assistant Dean of Business School of Beijing Union University; and Jintang Li, Deputy Director of Qinhuangdao Municipal Party Committee Research Office contributed their idea to the construction of Think Tank for Xiongan New Area.
