YSU Liren College’s the Student Association of Clubs and Societies won the award of “National Most Influential Student Association of Clubs and Societies”, and the Martial Arts Association, Table Tennis Association, and Basketball Association were granted the award of “the Most Influential Sport Association”. New Media Center of the Communist Youth League (CYL) won “the Most Influential New Media Center”, and National Flag Guard won “the Outstanding Project and Activity” awards respectively. YSU Liren College won the “Excellent Organizing Award”.

It is reported that the national selection for the top hundred associations had lasted three months. The selection initiatives was within all students’ associations or association programs which thrive in state education institutions at different levels ranging from universities to colleges, secondary and primary schools. The selection evaluated large array of activities ranging from art, sports to new media as well as students’ associations. This selection involved more than 8000 students’ associations from 830 universities or schools. The comprehensive assessment consisted of public selection, technical examination, and organizing committee review, which fully demonstrated the mental outlook and high performance of students’ clubs and societies, which received overwhelming responses from universities, colleges and schools nationwide.
In order to participate in this national competition, both the CYL of Liren College and student organizations made active preparation in material collection at the initial stage, follow-up in the evaluation, and the final publicity. It is after such unremitting efforts that they finally stand out.
