After two days of fierce competition, some awards were granted for the top eight in men's group, women's group, men's doubles, women's doubles, men's singles and women's singles.

The competition was organized by the Sports Committee of YSU and co-organized by School of Physical Education. Teachers from School of Physical Education Zhang Xinghai and teacher Gao Ming served as referees and deputy referees of the competition, and some students of year 2016 served as referees.
After two days of competition, the Graduate School eventually won the Men's Team Championship; School of Civil Engineering and Mechanics won the second place; School of Mechanical Engineering won the women's team championship and School of Environmental and Chemical Engineering won the second place. Zhu Xingyuan and Li Xingchen of School of Civil Engineering and Mechanics won the men's doubles championship; Shao Jingya and Gao Zqini of School of Information Science and Engineering won the women's doubles championship. Sun Yifan of School of Law and Humanities won the championship for men's singles, Su Xiao of Graduate School won the second place, Zhou Hua and Wen Qing from School of Information Science and Engineering won the women's singles first and second prize respectively.
The “Yanda Cup” table tennis game is one of YSU’s “Sunshine sports activities”. It aims to appeal and encourage teachers and students of the entire university to cultivate doing sports habits and strengthen physical fitness.
