9 YSU postdoctoral researchers receive grants from China Postdoctoral Science Foundation

[News from the news center] Recently, the website ofChina Postdoctoral Science Foundationreleased the list of recipients of grants for the 63rd batch of postdoctoral scientific foundations. YSU’s 9 applications have been approved, including 3 first-class grants and 2 second-class grants. Chen Ying from Electrical Engineering Station, Zhang Lu from Materials Science and Engineering Station, and Li Lingyan from Computer Science and Technology Station received first-class funding with a grant of RMB 80,000; Ge YanFeng from Physics Station, Yu Chi, Yang Zhinan and Zheng Liming from Mechanical Engineering Station, and Kong Weihang, Chen Zhen, from Electronic Science and Technology Station received second-class funding for a grant of RMB 50,000.

Funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation is provided for postdoctoral researchers engaged in the initiation or supplement of independent innovation research. YSU has been encouraging post-doctoral researchers with outstanding academic and scientific research skills, innovative thinking, and independent innovation research results to apply for various types of postdoctoral science funds. Since 2005, a total of 25 postdoctoral fellows have received special grants, 109 postdoctoral fellows have received grants, and 40 postdoctoral fellows have been awarded subsidy by postdoctoral research projects in Hebei Province with a total funding of RMB 9.99 million.
