In preparation for the 2018 season, the team members spent amount of time and painstakingly completed their own design, manual processing, assembly modeling, performance testing and other work to create a new generation of Formula Racing. For the first time, this generation of racing cars broke the traditional arrangement of shock absorbers, and developed a side-ditch decoupling suspension structure. When the anti-roll bar mechanism was integrated, the adjustment of the roll and pitch did not interfere with each other, and the suspension was maximized. The adjustment range of the frame; the hollow titanium alloy half shaft made by the metal 3D printing technology makes the transmission system lose 80% compared with the previous generation car; the perfect data acquisition system which is combined with sensors such as GPS and accelerometer, builds the engine Complete vehicle data acquisition system including chassis and track parameters. The dry lubrication system ensures lubrication of the car under extreme conditions and reduces engine center of gravity, which improves steering stability and reduces flaps and outer washing wings. The chip set design avoids the negative impact of the front wing upflow on the aerodynamics of the tail.
