YSU Aerobics Team wins awards in the 14th China University Student Health and Vitality Competition in 2018

[News from the News Center] On October 27-31, the 14th China University/College Students Health and Vitality Competition -- the Chinese University/College Student Campus Aerobics Championships was held in Hangzhou. More than 1,400 athletes from more than 110 colleges and universities nationwide participated in the competition. YSU won the First Prizes in two projects.

YSU aerobics team consists of 11 undergraduates and 5 postgraduates from the School of Physical Education under the instruction of Li Xiaohui, Gao Jing and He Ranran, which is led by Wang Dapeng, Dean of the School of Physical Education, and Zhu Kun, Deputy Director-level counselor. The aerobics team won the First Prizes in “Double Beat” and “Discipline” of the aerobics dance championship. During the competition, the athletes fully demonstrated the beauty and vitality of dazzling youth, which were well received by the judges and other teams. Through this competition, YSU aerobics team showed and spread YSU students’ characteristics, and the hope of striving to achieve new achievements in the future competition. This competition was organized by the China University Sports Association, and was hosted by the People's Government of Chun'an County and the Aerobics Association of Zhejiang Province.
