[News from the News Center] On the afternoon of December 13, Qinhuangdao City’s “Constitution Learning” Speech Contest was held at Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology. 13 players from 8 universities in QHD participated in the competition. After the competition, the two players, Tian Jiahao and Tian Ran, won the second prize and 7thprize respectively.

Tian Jiahao, with the title “Modification of the Constitution, Advancing with the Times”, tells that every revision of the Constitution is a milestone for the great development of the country. Tian Ran, with the title of “My Story with the Constitution”, through her own experience, shows that the Constitution is closely related to everyone’s life and has resonated with the audience. In the end, Tian Jiahao won the second prize with a slight gap of 0.04 points.
