“Laws and QHD” is a big propaganda event sponsored by the Qinhuangdao Municipal Committee and hosted by the Municipal TV Station. The activities have raised citizens’ awareness of Laws through a wide range of activities including performance and speech contests. A total of ten institutions were awarded for excellent organization during the event.
