[News from the News Center] In order to popularize anti-cancer knowledge and establish a scientific anti-cancer concept, at 3 pm on April 11, YSU Union invited experts from the Fourth Hospital of Qinhuangdao (Tumor Hospital) to come to our university to give lectures on cancer prevention knowledge. The lecture was hosted by Han Yuzhuo, the Vice President of university Union.
The chief physician of the Cancer Hospital, Zhao Yue, the associate chief physician, Wang Jing, and the attending physician, Li Dapeng, have popularized the knowledge of cancer prevention and treatment for faculty and staff from three aspects: early cancer screening and prevention, screening and prevention of gastrointestinal cancer, and gynecologic cancer. The faculty and staff gained a better understanding of oncology. The lecture provided the audience with substantial theoretical medical knowledge and practical guidance for prevention. The lecture greatly enhanced teachers’ awareness of cancer prevention. After the lecture, the doctor also gave detailed answers to the questions the teachers raised.

The purpose of this lecture is to further enhance the awareness of health care for our faculty and staff, to develop good living and working habits, and to strengthen physical exercise, so that we can better engage in our work and daily life and lead a happy life.
