[News from the News Center] On May 10, Department of Social Sciences under Ministry of Education released the list of 2019 national university and college publication topics. “Historical Reference from Jiashen Event (1644): Clean Governance of the Communist Party of China for 70 Years”, key topic independently planned by YSU Press, was selected.
According to reports, a total of 64 university presses filed 1007 topics. After selection, 112 excellent topics were selected.
“Historical Reference from Jiashen Event (1644): Clean Governance of the Communist Party of China for 70 Years” is a popular theoretic bookabout the education of the Party’s clean governance, which is closely related to General Secretary Xi Jinping’sexposition of clean governance education.Based on the influence of the Jiashen event in Shanhaiguan, the book collects and analyzes local unique historical materialsand practical examples, and interprets the history of the two regimes: the Ming Dynasty and Da ShunEmpire for the first time. With popular and easy-to-understand language and vivid historical materials, it takes the history as a reference to reveal the harm of corruption. Under such a situation of anti-corruption, this book is suitable for cadres at the primary level. Besides, this year marks the 70thanniversary of the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the 70thanniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. With high originality and readability, the book is expected to be officially published in September 2019.
