On the morning of July 4, YSU delegation came to Nankai University and was warmly received by Yang Qingshan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nankai University, Vice President Zhu Guanglei, Li Jing and the heads of relevant departments. At the symposium, Yang Qingshan warmly welcomed our delegation. He shared some spirits of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at Nankai University. He pointed out that Yanshan University has a long history and distinctive characteristics in engineering education. It is hoped that the two universities could strengthen cooperation and make new and greater contributions to building our higher education of our country and economic and social development. Zhao Xianfeng expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Nankai University for its warm reception and expressed sincere congratulations on the opening of the university and the brilliant achievements of Nankai University. He briefly introduced the basic situation of Yanshan University and the purpose of his visit. The development of YSU is inseparable from the support and help of the brother universities. The two universities are highly complementary and hope to further deepen cooperation and promote common development.
Before the symposium, the delegation visited the theme exhibition and the campus landscape of the 100-year history of Nankai University, and conducted in-depth exchanges between the counterpart departments.

On the afternoon of July 4, YSU delegation came to Tianjin University of Technology and was warmly received by Liu Dongzhi, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Tianjin University of Technology, Du Changyou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and the heads of relevant departments. At the symposium, Liu Dongzhi warmly welcomed the arrival of Secretary Zhao Xianfeng and his party. He briefly introduced the situation and development of Tianjin University of Technology. He said that the two schools have distinctive characteristics and have a good cooperation foundation in the early stage, hoping to achieve more. Zhao Xianfeng thanked Tianjin University of Technology for his warm reception and expressed his sincere appreciation for the rapid development of Tianjin University of Technology in recent years. He briefly introduced the basic situation of Yanshan University, saying that the two universities have something in common and can achieve mutual development. After the symposium, YSU delegation visited the New Energy Materials and Low Carbon Technology Research Institute, Library and Gymnasium of Tianjin university of Technology.
