After fierce competition, Wang Yi from the School of Mechanical Engineering won the First Prize, Wang Qiye from the School ofCivil Engineering and Mechanics andFan Jiangxiao from theSchool of Economics and Managementwon the Second Prize, Sun Guanhong from the School of Vehicle and Energy, Liao Huiping and Li Jiaheng from the School of Science won the Third Prize.
Speech contest in session
The theme of this speech contest is about love for our country. The contestants expressed their heartfelt love and patriotic sentiment for motherland from different perspectives, the topics involve the story of the Hong Kong people who spontaneously the anti-Japanese Monument on the eve of the 88th anniversary of the September 18th Incident and realizing the Chinese dream at an early date. The topics in the contest reminded the youngsters of the mission they have and the responsibility they should undertake.
The activity was hosted by the YSU Committee of the Communist Youth League and YSU Student Union. The contestants are energetic and full of passion, and demonstrate their love for and responsibility for our country. This speech contest is also part of the series of activities of 70th anniversary of the establishment of China organizedCommunist Youth League YSU Committee.
