[News from the News Center] In order to further study the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and implement the spirit of the National Conference on ideological and political work in universities, Student Work Office organized all counselors to go to Beidaihe to carry out quality development training. A total of 84 full-time counselors and student work staff attended the training.

At 8:30 training officially kicked off. Under the guidance of professional coaches, all members of the training staff formed 4 teams. Each team quickly selected their respective captains, formulated team names, logos, slogans and team songs, and initially built a team model. In the subsequent training sessions, three rounds of training activities such as “Jungle Crossing”, “Water Flying Rada” and “Expanding Games” were launched. During the training process, team members collaborate, promote each other and encourage each other. Individuals break through personal limitations with the support the team member, improve their ability and self-confidence, strengthen mutual understanding among members, and cultivate awareness of teamwork. The whole training fully demonstrates the mutual trust, unity and cooperation, and the tenacity of the students' work team. After the training, the Student Affairs Office congratulated the staff for their hard teamwork.
Counselors have expressed that through this quality development training, they felt our university had attached importance to the student work, and they had developed a deeper understanding of the overall situation and personal growth in the work. Our university has attached great importance to the professionalization and professionalization of the counselor team, and enriched the counselor training methods at multiple levels. This training aims to build a communication platform for counselors through quality development training, improve teamwork awareness, promote communication and trust, and improve collaboration ability in order to better work for students.
