Faculty and Staff

The SEM has 130 faculty staff, of whom 103 are full-time teaching staff, which includes 41 professors, 35 associate professors, and 21 PhD supervisors. 76.7% of the teachers have doctorates, while 35.92 % have overseas study and training experience in the countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Hungary, Denmark, among others. The teaching staff hav received awards of different levels of significance, including the provincial Excellent Teacher title, Eminent Individuals, the QHD Model Teacher, while some have been selected for the Three-level Talent Program.
