Recently, Cuaa.net, China’s third-party university evaluation agency, released theAlumni Association 2024 China University Rankings: Guidelines for College Application Process, which is the 22ndconsecutive year of its publishing of the rankings. Yanshan University ranks 62ndin Alumni Association China University Rankings (gross ranking) with a 5-star rating, and is listed as a first-class university of China in terms of school-running level.
Twenty universities in the country which are not among "Double First-Class" (namely first-class universities and first-class disciplines) universities have made into the list of Top 100 universities for their impressive school-running strength, and Yanshan University ranks first in the 2024 China Non-Double-First-Class University Rankings.
The Alumni Association China University Rankings dates back to 22 years ago, with the first ranking list published in 2003. It has now become a well-known name card of Chinese university rankings for its wide social influence, credibility, reference value and innovative capability. The Alumni Association 2024 China University Rankings and Evaluation Index System consists of 12 primary indicators, including the school-running level, ideological and political education, teaching quality, outstanding alumni, high-level talents, disciplines and majors, scientific research projects, research bases, scientific research achievements, social services, social reputation, and international influence. The rankings offer systematic evaluation based on the framework of "large platform, big team, major project, great achievement, and widely distributed alumni", covering over 900 evaluation indicators.
