About the lecturer:
Miss Xu, Ph.D., is a professor, doctoral dissertation supervisor, and the Associate Dean of School of Tourism and Service, Nankai University. She is also Deputy Director of China Tourism Education Association, Deputy Director of China Women Tourism Committee, a member of the First Expert Committee on Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism of the Ministry of Agriculture, Director of Tianjin Tourism Education Branch, a member of Tianjin Municipal Government Policy Advisory Committee, Deputy Director of Expert Committee of Tianjin Leisure Agriculture Association, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary-general of the Bohai Economic Research Association, a member of Fujian Provincial Committee of Experts on Tourism, and anonymous reviewer for many academic journals. Mainly engaged in the research of tourism industry ecology, tourism destination competitiveness, tourism supply chain management, tourism enterprise strategy and innovation management, and service management and financial management, she has hosted Key Social Science projects, and projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation, the Ministry of Education, and China National Tourism Administration; and published a hundred academic papers.
