About the Lecturer: Xing, a professor and doctoral dissertation supervisor, is the Assistant Dean of Research Institute of Information Technology and Research Institute of Internet Industry in Tsinghua University; the Deputy Director of Information System Association in China Computer Federation; a member of Big Data, Database and Software Engineering Committee; and a senior member of IEEE and ACM. His research fields include: data and knowledge engineering, database and data warehouse, software engineering, big data, block chain, intelligent city, and core technology of intelligent medical data. He has published more than 150 papers on international academic conferences, domestic and foreign academic journals, including: 50 SCI papers and 100 EI papers. He has more than 20 software copyrights and 25 invention patent applications. He has hosted 973 National Projects, Key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, key projects of 863 National Natural Science Fund, CNGI projects, and projects of the National Science and Technology Support Program.
