About the Lecture:Sport injury in professional sports teams has been the bottleneck that restricts the arrangement of training and the performance of athletes, and is a main problem in mass sports development, and physical education courses in universities, primary schools and high school, which results in an embarrassing situation that the PE class is too simple and boring for fear of sport injury. In fact, sport injury can be avoided through the exercise risk assessment and the implementation of the effective measures for the characteristics of regular injuries and the weak points of each project. These measures include warm-ups, strength training, coordination training, body sensory training, exercise control training, stretching, retinaculum-aided, ice compress, etc. The implementation of these measures is expected to improve the athletic ability, enrich the training content and avoid injuries.
