Sun Kun, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Heilongjiang Province and secretary of the Qiqihar Municipal Party Committee, met with Zhao Xianfeng and Zhao Dingxuan. He pointed out that YSU developed from Qiqihar and the two sides shared the origin. They have always maintained close relations in these years. In 2016, the university administration signed a strategic cooperation agreement. In 2017, the Qiqihar Industrial Development Research Institute of YSU was established. The two sides have a good cooperation foundation and broad cooperation space in talent exchange, scientific research and development, and achievement transformation. Qiqihar's equipment manufacturing system is complete and has a solid foundation. It is hoped that both sides can join hands and deepen cooperation on the basis of existing ones to promote mutual complementarity and achieve win-win development.

It is not forgetting the initial intention that no matter how far you go or where you go, you must not forget the time, but also better understand the future and carry forward. This is a trip to visit relatives of our university. Many senior and middle-aged faculty and graduates of YSU have deep affection for this land and this city.
On behalf of the new leadership and the teachers and students of the whole university, we went to Qiqihar City, Fulaerji District and China Yizhong to visit relatives and visit alumni. This is a trip to deepen cooperation. YSU now spare no efforts in the construction of “Double-first Class” university. To achieve this goal, we need the support of the government, enterprises and alumni, and we need to work hard.
